Grabbed dinner here the other night after a power outage. We love coming to Top’s because it’s great chopped barbecue and the sides and fresh and killer good. I had the jumbo pork plate with beans and slaw and everything was great. One of the best parts of the experience is the tangy, bbq sauce. I could STICK MY FACE IN THIS STUFF!! Friendly service is standard for all of these places here which I sincerely appreciate. Great food, great value, and great service.
Tops BBQ sandwich is delicious!..Their slaw is wonderful with bbq..This location is new and is really clean..Add a drink and fries to your order for under 4 dollars...A Memphis winner for over 70 years w/16 locations..
My honey (husband) took me to dinner for some old school BBQ and honestly I thought all of them had closed . Well was I wrong. Lol the service was great and the food was hot off the grill. If you looking for something low key but also delicious remember the Memphis staple. Top's said they got all the smoke.
There is nothing like Tops Bar-B-Q. The great taste and texture has remained consistent for many years. It is always my first stop when I get off the plane on visits to Memphis. They have added a great Breakfast Menu that I am eager to try.
Yeah…I went to use the bathroom here before I ordered and it was nice. So I KNEW this place was gonna be different than the rest. And I wasn’t wrong. Sometimes, you need a good atmosphere! Even if it’s to go! If they care about the bathrooms, people…
I go there several times a week but mostly mornings and the food is fresh, affordable and quick. The morning staff is especially efficient and friendly.

Damien was very polite and provided excellent service. I love Tops BBQ! It’s as flavorful and as delicious as ever. BTW, the restaurant itself is immaculate , not always the case in fast food spots.
